About Colleen Richards, LMT
My husband and I own CrossFit Downriver in Allen Park, Michigan. After running the gym for a few years, I decided massage therapy would be an excellent addition to the gym and that's how my massage therapy career was born!
I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years and am currently an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I enjoy working with clients to help them achieve a more mobile, active and comfortable life, as well as offer relaxation and stress management. I firmly believe massage is beneficial for a wide variety of issues that cause pain and discomfort in the mind and body.

When you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting area and use the restroom if needed. I will come get you when ready. Please be mindful and refrain from phone calls or playing video/audio without headphones in our quiet waiting area. Thank you for your consideration!
